Legal Assistant (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Preparation and management of contract-relevant documents OR standard contracts
- Administrative processing of current orders, projects and contract management content
- Collaboration in the standardization of the contract system/contract management
- Taking on operational customer management tasks
- Supporting colleagues in operational sales and administrative activities
- Quality assurance of offers
- Processing of NDAs
Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- The basis of your career is a successfully completed degree in law, business law or a comparable degree program with a legal focus.
- Very good written and spoken German, good English skills desirable
- Experience in communicating with customers
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Reliability in dealing with confidential data
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good understanding of the contractual context
