Our Application Process
Your Application
On our website you will always find the latest job openings. You can choose for yourself which position suits you best, or you can also apply to us on your own initiative – directly online or by email, quickly and easily.
Confirmation of Receipt
As soon as we receive your application, you will be notified by email within a maximum of two working days confirming that your documents have been successfully received. If you do not receive a confirmation within this time, please feel free to contact us by email.
Review of Your Application Documents
Your documents will now be carefully reviewed by our recruiting team. You will receive feedback by email within one week at the latest after the confirmation of receipt. Please note that there may be occasional periods when this timeframe may be slightly extended. We will keep you informed promptly, transparently, and personally about each step of the application process.
First Discussion
Your application has captured our interest. We will send you a proposed appointment for a phone interview via email. If the suggested time does not suit you, we will offer an alternative. Following the interview, we will gather feedback from the relevant department regarding both your interview and application documents. You will receive feedback within one week.
Second Interview
Your previous impression has convinced us! In the next step, we would like to get to know you personally in an interview – either virtually or, in some cases, face to face – together with the hiring team. The interview will last approximately one hour. During this session, we will introduce you to the Xiting world, discuss the details of a potential collaboration, and answer any questions you may have.
Final Steps
You will receive feedback on whether we see a potential fit for working together shortly after our discussion. Have we also convinced you? If so, we will prepare the offer and the contract for you. Once it is signed, we can welcome you to the Xiting team!
