The Xiting Security Platform (XSP) is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution running on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
The SAP BTP subaccount provided by Xiting serves as the central foundation for all integration and extension activities. Within this environment, a trust configuration is established with the customer’s Identity Provider (IdP) to enable secure authentication and single sign-on (SSO) capabilities.
Additionally, communication arrangements are configured for connected systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Identity Services (CIS), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and many more ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability.
This setup delivers significant value through a quick, standardized, and secure deployment process, with our product experts assisting in every step to ensure optimal configuration and performance using standard SAP connectivity.
For XAMS:
Xiting Authorizations Management Suite (XAMS) is supported starting from SAP release 7.00.
For XSP:
XSP is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), ensuring the platform remains continuously up to date through monthly feature releases. All updates are communicated in advance via the Xiting Customer Portal, aligning with SAP BTP maintenance windows to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
For XAMS:
Support packages are released once per year, typically around April, and are announced directly by the XAMS Support team. Each release is cumulative, allowing you to upgrade seamlessly from any lower to a higher Support Package without compatibility issues.
For XSP:
Throughout the Proof of Concept (POC), Xiting provides direct, hands-on support to guide you every step of the way. Our experts assist with setup, answer questions, resolve any issues, and tailor demonstrations to your specific requirements – ensuring that the POC reflects your real-world scenarios and objectives.

Setup and onboarding for XSP are fast and efficient – subaccount provisioning takes only a few hours, initial system connections are established within days, and full enablement is typically completed within 1–2 weeks depending on your landscape and selected XSP services. This ensures rapid time-to-value with dedicated onboarding and support from our team.

Every customer receives component-independent workbench transport (affecting only the SAP_BASIS software component), designed for import into any SAP system with an ABAP stack. The import and following transport to your production system is typically completed within a few hours – depending on your internal processes. Our standard enablement, using out-of-the-box XAMS content, usually takes around half a week. For more complex landscapes or when activating multiple XAMS use cases, the setup and enablement can take up to two weeks, ensuring a smooth and fully optimized implementation experience.
