XSP: a SaaS solution on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). A Xiting-provided BTP subaccount is the foundation; a trust configuration with your Identity Provider enables secure authentication and SSO. Communication arrangements connect systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, CIS, and SAC for seamless data exchange.

XAMS: supported starting from SAP release 7.00.

XSP: delivered as SaaS on SAP BTP with monthly feature releases, communicated in advance via the Xiting Customer Portal and aligned with SAP BTP maintenance windows.

XAMS: support packages release once per year (typically around April), announced by the XAMS Support team. Each release is cumulative, so you can upgrade seamlessly from any lower to a higher Support Package.

Throughout the POC, Xiting provides direct, hands-on support at every step – setup, questions, issue resolution, and tailored demonstrations that reflect your real-world scenarios. For a more independent experience, the Xiting Customer Portal offers self-service access to a knowledge base, ticket system, documentation, and download area.

XSP: subaccount provisioning in a few hours, initial system connections within days, and full enablement typically within 1–2 weeks depending on your landscape and selected services.

XAMS: import and transport usually within a few hours; standard enablement around half a week, up to two weeks for more complex landscapes or multiple use cases.
