To build out our presence in the US, we’re looking for a highly motivated, AI-driven Marketing Specialist who understands what works in US marketing today. You’ll work closely with our current EU-based marketing team while taking ownership of building our US marketing strategy from the ground up, a chance to grow this market and grow with us as we do.

Your Responsibilities
- Build and drive our US marketing strategy, in close collaboration with our EU-based marketing team
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (outbound & inbound) that build our brand and generate demand and leads in the US market
- Create content for campaigns, social media, emails, and landing pages
- Apply AI tools and new technologies (e.g., AI agents, automation) to scale and personalize our marketing
- Coordinate our participation in industry events across the US, including planning and logistics
- Track the latest marketing trends and technologies, and continuously optimize our approach based on what’s working
- Work closely with the Sales team to keep marketing activities aligned with sales priorities and support a healthy pipeline
What You Bring
- Marketing experience, ideally in IT or a related industry
- Strong AI affinity with hands-on experience (e.g., building AI agents, using AI tools for content, automation, or data analysis)
- Familiarity with B2B sales topics (e.g., outbound, lead generation) is a plus, not a requirement
- Strong communication skills, self-initiative, and a proactive, results-driven way of working
- Perfect, native-level English is a must; Spanish is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of the US market; occasional willingness to travel for trade and internal events
- Comfortable working fully remote as part of a distributed, international team
- Independent, structured, and results-driven way of working
