Our IAM team at Xiting consists of 11 experts from Germany, Switzerland, and Romania, and is the second-largest consulting unit. We focus on IAM in hybrid SAP environments, supporting the automation of the identity lifecycle, and ensuring seamless SSO and compliance.
With our three core areas—Identity Management & Workflows; Cloud Security with respect to the SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Cloud Identity Services; and Secure Authentication & SSO—we cover the entire IAM topic in the SAP environment. As the use of SaaS applications and SAP BTP increases, user management becomes more complex. Centralized authentication and provisioning are becoming more important. Our goal is to centrally manage the identity lifecycle, and in the context of the upcoming end of support for SAP IDM, we assist with migrations to industry-standard IAM solutions.

Legal Assistant (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Contract, IT- and business law across all national and international business areas.
- Administrative processing of ongoing orders, projects, and contract management content.
- Independent review of emerging legal issues, including clarification of the respective facts, taking into account current case law, as well as tracking and evaluating recent legal developments.
- Participation in the standardization of contract management.
- Legal support and advice on all general legal matters, as well as support and legal advice to the sales team and partner management during contract negotiations.
- Willingness to take on customer or sales areas independently.
Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- The basis of your career is a successfully completed degree in law, business law or a comparable degree program with a legal focus.
- Or training as a tax clerk, administrative assistant or similar.
- Professional experience in the areas of contract drafting and contract management (ideally in an internationally operating IT company).
- Very good understanding of business contexts with legal requirements.
- Knowledge of European Data Privacy Law.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- High level of consulting and solution expertise combined with a pragmatic approach and behavior.
- Experience in sales preferable.
Your Onboarding Process
In the first few weeks, we provide you with both technical know-how and methodologies to help you develop into an SAP Security Consultant. Through intensive training, you’ll acquire the fundamental knowledge needed in SAP Security and project management.
You will then accompany our experienced SAP Consultants to national and international clients from various industries to support them in their on-site projects. This hands-on experience will allow you to gradually take on your first tasks while benefiting from the extensive expertise of your colleagues.
