The job in detail:
Your responsibilities:
- Contract, IT, and commercial law in all national and international business areas.
- Administrative processing of ongoing orders, projects, and contract management content.
- Independent examination of emerging legal issues, including clarification of the respective facts, taking into account current legal precedents, and tracking and assessing current legal developments.
- Collaboration in standardizing contract management.
- Legal support and advice on general legal matters, as well as assisting and providing legal advice to the sales team and partner management in contract negotiations.
- Willingness to independently manage customer/sales areas when required.
What you bring to the table:
- Your foundation is a successfully completed degree in law, business law, or a comparable program with a legal focus. Alternatively, you may have completed training as a tax specialist, administrative assistant, or a related field.
- Professional experience in contract drafting and contract management, preferably in an internationally operating IT company.
- Excellent understanding of business contexts with legal requirements.
- Knowledge of European data protection law.
- Proficiency in both German and English for negotiations.
- Strong advisory and problem-solving skills, coupled with a pragmatic approach and demeanor.
- Sales experience is desirable.
