This Is How Your Onboarding Process Works...
In the initial weeks, we will provide you with both expert knowledge and methodologies to help you develop into an SAP Security Consultant. Through intensive training sessions, we will equip you with the essential foundations in SAP Security and project management.
You will then accompany our experienced SAP consultants to national and international clients across various industries, where you will support their projects on-site. This hands-on experience will allow you to gain practical insights, gradually take on your own responsibilities, and benefit from the extensive expertise of your colleagues.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with SAP Security Modules: You will engage with specific SAP Security modules, getting familiar with our products (e.g., XAMS) and learning new technologies.
- Receive SAP Training: You will receive comprehensive SAP training through intensive workshops as well as from colleagues and on-the-job training.
- Participate in Innovative Projects: You will actively contribute to interesting and innovative SAP projects and gradually take on your own client projects.
- Develop Your Expertise: Over time, you will build expertise in SAP Security and manage your own projects, gaining hands-on experience in the field.
What Will Make You Stand Out to Us:
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field, or have an equivalent vocational qualification with some initial work experience.
- We value initial practical experience (internships, working student roles) and a strong technical and IT foundation from your education.
- We are looking for someone passionate about innovative SAP solutions and eager to develop long-term expertise in this field.
- Good communication and presentation skills are important, as well as fluency in German and English for effective team collaboration.
