Enterprise sales representative (SAP Security Solutions) (m/f/d)

The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining excellence with the existing customer base.

  • Sales, marketing and promotion of all of the company’s products and services
  • Planning and delivering marketing initiatives in collaboration with the corporate marketing team
  • Developing[KW1] strategies for growth and profitability and overseeing the implementation of such strategies
  • Supporting existing sales channels and technology partners
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and holding responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
  • Developing direct and indirect sales channels
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients as well as generating new business
  • Leading, training and managing other members of the sales team
  • Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts
  • Giving sales presentations to high-level executives
  • Managing employer’s client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support
  • Periodic reporting on business performance as required

  • Existing network and experience in SAP security solutions is a must
  • General understanding of SAP’s authorizations management, SAP Access Control (GRC), and similar solutions
  • Experience of establishing performance metrics including planning, budgeting and tracking by channel and customer; essentially using past experiences to build and enhance Xiting’s sales framework
  • Must have a personal style that will allow for collaboration, relationship building and communication across all regions and all functional areas of the company
  • Must be competitive, driven and charismatic, and have a strong sense of personal accountability, strong leadership and negotiation skills and good presentation skills
  • Ability to think beyond the next quarter and plan in accordance with the company’s broader strategic objectives
  • Ability to analyse the marketplace and identify and prioritize high value opportunities, positioning the appropriate resources to capitalize on them
  • Extremely proactive and aggressive in seeking new business opportunities and demonstrate the ability to consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Must have a proven track record of quarter on quarter and year on year revenue growth
  • Must have outstanding communication skills and be able to clearly communicate with headquarters staff, subordinates and the marketplace as a spokesperson
  • Ability to influence the strategic direction for the company through data analysis; focusing on Xiting’s competitive advantages, customer solutions/problems and market opportunities
  • Expected to be a hands-on leader
  • Ability to create high-performing teams
  • Excellent negotiator with a proven record of negotiating win-win deals
