Trainee Sales - SAP Security
Your Responsibilities
- You will be trained to acquire new customers in the job market and become familiar with our diverse product offerings.
- You will build initial personal contact with new customers.
- You will manage leads in collaboration with the marketing team.
- You will develop your own customer portfolio.
- You will take on independent sales responsibilities.
- You will manage the entire sales process, including quotation creation, negotiation, and closing.
- You will prepare product presentations and attend events.
- You will act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- You have a degree in Business Administration or a commercial qualification with a focus on sales, along with practical experience.
- You are passionate about sales and have a strong interest in software solutions and business processes.
- You excel in presentations and have a strong presence.
- In Addition to Your Strong Communication Skills, You Are Highly Customer-Oriented and Structured. You Are Characterized by Curiosity, Openness, Learning Ability, and Intrinsic Motivation.
- Proficient MS Office Skills, SAP Experience Preferred, and Excellent German and English Skills Complete Your Profile
Your Onboarding Process
In the first few weeks, we will provide you with both technical knowledge and methodologies to help you develop into an SAP Security Consultant. Through intensive training, you will gain essential foundational knowledge in SAP Security and Project Management.
You will then accompany our experienced SAP Consultants to national and international clients from various industries, supporting them in their projects on-site. This will give you the opportunity to gain initial practical experience, gradually take on your first tasks, and benefit from the extensive expertise of your colleagues.
