Final Steps

Who should I address my application to?
We have no preference for this. You can address your application generally.
Is an IT degree a requirement?
What’s important to us in the selection process is your interest and motivation in IT, applications, and data. This should be evident from your application. Practical IT skills are desirable, but if you haven’t had the chance to gain them yet, experience in logistics, production, data security, or finance is also valuable. For a role in the Development Team, you should know at least one programming language from your studies and have some experience with databases.
Do I need SAP Security knowledge to start at Xiting?
As a newcomer, you will learn SAP Security at Xiting during your first few months. However, we value your enthusiasm for innovative SAP topics, IT, data, and numbers, and your desire to build expertise in this area over the long term. You should have a solid understanding of the relevant technical and IT aspects. It’s advantageous if you’ve already gained some practical experience with SAP applications during your studies. For experienced candidates, we require substantial professional experience and competencies in handling SAP systems.
Is it possible to submit a speculative application?
