1. Your Application
You can always find the latest job offers on our homepage. You can choose which vacancy suits you best or you can also send us an initiative application – either directly online or by e-mail, quickly and easily.
2. Your Confirmation of Receipt
As soon as we have received your application, you will get a confirmation via email within a maximum of two working days that your documents have reached us.
3. Review of Documents
Our recruiting team will now check your documents in detail. You will receive feedback via email within a maximum of one week after confirmation of receipt. In addition, we will inform you promptly, transparently and personally about every step of the application process.
4. The first Exchange
Your documents have made us curious! We would like to find out more about you in an first telephone interview. You will receive an appointment suggestion via email. If you cannot attend this appointment, just let us know and we will look for an alternative suitable for both sides.
After this exchange, the colleagues from the relevant department will receive your documents and the details from the interview. We will give you feedback on your application within a week at the most.
5. Personal Interview
Our impression of you and your application so far has been very positive, which is why we would like to get to know you personally in a virtual meeting with the corresponding team. Here we would like to introduce you to the world of Xiting, discuss the details of a possible collaboration and also answer your specific questions.
6. Final Steps
You will find out one or two days after our exchange whether we can imagine working with you. Were we able to convince you? Then we send you a draft of your employment contract, initially by e-mail, and if everything fits, the printed version by post.
