Is the IT degree a disqualification criteria?

For us, it is essential that you are passionate about IT, apps and data and that you are motivated to get to know these topics. This should be evident from your documents - practical IT knowledge is recommended. If you had no opportunity to gain IT skills so far, knowledge in the field of logistics, production, data security or finance would be important. To join the development team, you should know at least one programming language from your studies and have some experience with databases.

Do I need SAP security knowledge to join Xiting?

As a young professional at Xiting, we will teach you SAP security in the first few months. However, we appreciate your enthusiasm for innovative SAP topics, IT, data and figures and if you want to build up your expertise in this environment in the long term. You should have a good, professional and IT-technical understanding. It is also an advantage if you have already gained some practical experience with SAP applications during your studies. The requirements for professionally experienced candidates are corresponding and long-term professional experience as well as skills in dealing with SAP systems.

Are initiative application taken in consideration?
