SEO & SEA Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Shape and execute powerful SEO & SEA strategies to boost organic and paid visibility, with a strong focus on the international English-speaking market.
- Optimize content through strategic audits and data-driven improvements, ensuring our web pages and blogs captivate and convert.
- Track, analyze, and enhance SEO and SEA performance utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Sistrix, Clearscope, and Google Ads.
- Enhance technical SEO by optimizing crawling, indexing, and page structures in collaboration with the web development team.
- Lead high-performance paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, fine-tuning bidding strategies, A/B testing creatives, and maximizing conversions.
- Build authority and trust through strategic link-building initiatives and off-page optimization techniques.
Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- A passion for SEO, SEA, and digital marketing, with a proven ability to drive traffic and conversions.
- Experience working with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ad bidding strategies, and the latest trends in digital marketing.
- Proactive, creative, and results-oriented, with a structured approach to achieving growth goals.
- Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken.
