(Senior) SAP GRC Consultant (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP Access Control (GRC) and Xiting’s own GRC solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization's compliance standards and business objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and tailor GRC solutions accordingly.
- Design, configure, and test SAP security roles while ensuring segregation of duties (SoD) and critical access are appropriately managed.
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks associated with SAP roles and profiles.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams during audits and provide necessary support.
- Provide guidance on SAP authorization concepts, role designs, and risk management strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest GRC trends, updates, and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement and optimum system performance.
Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- You have a university degree in computer science/technology or have otherwise acquired specialist knowledge in the IT sector.
- You have experience in SAP compliance topics, especially SAP GRC Access Control and SAP authorisations.
- You have a strong understanding of SAP security concepts, especially with regard to user administration, role design and access controls.
- You are characterised by your analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as your strong conceptual and communication skills.
Your Onboarding Process
In the first few weeks, we will impart both technical know-how and methodologies to help you develop into an SAP Security Consultant. Through intensive training, we will provide you with the foundational knowledge you need in SAP Security and project management.
You will then accompany our experienced SAP Consultants to national and international clients from various industries to support them on-site with their projects. This will allow you to gain initial practical experience, gradually take on tasks, and benefit from the extensive expertise of your colleagues.
