Our solution – Xiting Central Workflows (XCW) – can support you in this situation. Within a short time, the password self-service will be available and can be used productively by your employees. Authentication is simply done via a login token, which is transmitted after verifying the user and email address. Users who are locked out due to too many failed login attempts will automatically be unlocked when they reset their password. If a user is locked due to an administrator lock, it is not possible to reset the password via self-service. In addition to the password self-service, XCW also provides core workflow functionalities.
