What is the Xiting Solution Day 2026?

The Xiting Solution Day is a free online event for SAP security professionals. On June 25, 2026, you will gain practical insights across three compact sessions covering SAP license optimization and cleanup, the latest features of XAMS (Xiting Authorization Management Suite) Service Pack 21, and hybrid authorization management between on-premise and cloud systems.

The event is aimed at SAP Basis Administrators, SAP Security Managers, Compliance Officers, and IT decision-makers who work with SAP authorizations, license management, or the administration of hybrid SAP landscapes. Basic SAP knowledge is helpful but not required.

The Xiting Solution Day takes place on June 25, 2026, from 09:00 AM to 12:00 AM EDT.  Each of the three sessions lasts approximately 1 hour including Q&A. A German-language edition is also available in the morning (9:00 AM to 12:00AM (CEST)). 

Yes, participation is completely free. After registering through the sign-up form, you will receive all access details via email.

The three sessions cover: optimization opportunities in SAP license analysis without extensive redesign, the latest updates and enhancements in XAMS Service Pack 21, and the differences and best practices in authorization management between SAP on-premise and public cloud environments (SU01 and PFCG).
