Sales Consultant / Account Manager (m/w/d)

In the first few weeks, we will teach you both technical know-how and methodologies, enabling you to develop into a Sales Consultant. Through intensive training, we will provide you with the necessary basic knowledge in the areas of SAP Security and project management. You will accompany our experienced Sales Managers to national and international clients from various industries, supporting them on-site with their projects. This way, you can gain your first practical experience, gradually take on initial tasks, and simultaneously benefit from the extensive expertise of your colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Our Sales Team: Assist our sales team (Direct Sales/Channel Sales) with various tasks and play a key role in the successful development of our sales efforts.
  • Identify New Growth Markets and Strategies: Collaborate with our clients and partners to identify new growth markets and strategies, set topics, and underpin them with context-specific sales and marketing activities.
  • Present Xitingā€™s Product and Service Portfolio: Present the Xiting product and service portfolio to potential new clients and partners. Actively support our sales partners in onboarding and designing new business models.
  • Engage in Personal Client Contact and Relationship Building: Enjoy direct client interactions, build partner relationships, and manage the administrative tasks necessary for the processes.
  • Manage the Entire Sales Process: Take responsibility for the complete sales process from lead generation, demand identification, presentations, and proposal creation to contract negotiations and closing deals.
  • Worldwide Partner Acquisition: Engage in global acquisition and selection of new sales partners within a modern and agile team.

What Makes You a Great Fit for Us

  • Completed Higher Education or Vocational Training: You have a completed university degree or vocational training.
  • Initial Sales or Sales-Related Experience (Preferred but Not Required): You have some initial experience in sales or a sales-related field within an IT company (not a must).
  • Sales Affinity and Interest in SAP Security Solutions (Preferred but Not Required): You have a certain affinity for sales and an interest in software and consulting solutions in the SAP Security environment (not a must).
  • Strong Communication, Expression, and Presentation Skills: You possess excellent communication, expression, and presentation skills, along with assertiveness, precise, results-oriented, and sales-focused thinking and actions.
  • Analytical Skills: You can quickly grasp complex issues and present them in a clear and simple manner.
  • Excellent German and English Skills: You have very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
