The job in detail:
Your responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP Access Control (GRC) and Xiting’s own GRC solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s compliance standards and business objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and tailor GRC solutions accordingly.
- Design, configure, and test SAP security roles while ensuring segregation of duties (SoD) and critical access are appropriately managed.
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks associated with SAP roles and profiles.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams during audits and provide necessary support.
- Provide guidance on SAP authorization concepts, role designs, and risk management strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest GRC trends, updates, and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement and optimum system performance.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams on functionalities.
What you bring to the table:
- You have a university degree in computer science/technology or have otherwise acquired specialist knowledge in the IT sector.
- You have experience in SAP compliance topics, especially SAP GRC Access Control and SAP authorisations.
- You have a strong understanding of SAP security concepts, especially with regard to user administration, role design and access controls.
- You have very good German and English skills and are open to travel for projects.
- You are characterised by your analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as your strong conceptual and communication skills.
