Working Student in Event Management
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of events (onsite, hybrid & digital)
- Contributing to project plans, timelines, and event schedules
- Communicating with service providers, partners, and event venues
- Maintaining participant lists as well as invitation and registration systems
- Supporting the creation of presentations, event materials, and graphic assets
- Assisting with budget monitoring and invoicing
- Taking on administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Event Management, Tourism, Marketing, Communication Studies, or a comparable field of study
- Strong organizational skills with a passion for teamwork and communication
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Confident use of MS Office
- Openness, flexibility, and enthusiasm for diverse tasks
- Initial practical experience in event or project management is an advantage
- Excellent German skills; good English skills are a plus
