(Senior) Sales Consultant (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You support our sales team (Direct Sales/Channel Sales) with a variety of tasks and significantly contribute to the successful development of our sales efforts.
- Together with our customers and partners, you identify new growth markets and strategies, set topics, and support them with context-specific sales and marketing activities.
- Presenting the Xiting product and service portfolio to potential new customers and partners is just as much a part of your role as actively supporting our sales partners during onboarding and in designing new business models.
- You enjoy personal customer contact, building partner relationships, and also taking care of the administrative tasks necessary for the processes.
- You are responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation, demand identification, presentations, and proposal creation, to contract negotiations and finalizing the contract.
- Worldwide acquisition and selection of new sales partners in a modern and agile team.
Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- You have already gained some initial experience in sales or a sales-related role in an IT company (the latter is not a must).
- You have a certain affinity for sales and are interested in software and consulting solutions in the SAP security environment.
- You have strong communication, expression, and presentation skills, assertiveness, and a precise, results-oriented, and sales-driven mindset.
- You can quickly grasp highly complex issues and present them in a simple and understandable way.
- You have excellent German and English language skills.
Your Onboarding Process
In the first few weeks, we will provide you with both technical know-how and methods, allowing you to develop into an SAP Security Consultant. Through intensive training, we will teach you the essential fundamentals in SAP Security and project management.
You will then accompany our experienced SAP consultants to national and international clients across various industries to support them with their projects on-site. This will enable you to gain initial practical experience, gradually take on responsibilities, and benefit from the extensive expertise of your colleagues.
