SAP Security Support (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for error analysis and problem solving across our SAP applications XAMS (Xiting Authorizations Management Suite) and XCW (Xiting Central Workflows).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted partner in their success.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, offering expert guidance and technical support.
- Ensure thorough documentation, system configurations, and testing are in line with business needs.
Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in SAP application support and incident management.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- High level of independent working ability and proactive attitude.
- Personally, we especially value your strong communication skills, service-oriented teamwork, and your willingness to engage deeply with the challenges faced by our customers.
Your Onboarding Process
In the first few weeks, we will provide you with both technical expertise and methodologies to help you develop into an SAP Security Consultant. Through intensive training, we will teach you the necessary foundational knowledge in SAP Security and Project Management.
Next, you will accompany our experienced SAP Consultants to national and international clients from various industries, supporting them on-site with their projects. This way, you can gain your first practical experience, gradually take on initial tasks, and at the same time benefit from the extensive expertise of your colleagues.
