Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the internal operation of Microsoft 365 cloud services, with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and other Microsoft 365 apps and services.
- Gathering business and technical requirements and contributing to their implementation within the company.
- Continuously developing your expertise and gradually growing into more complex subject areas.
Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in IT/technology – alternatively, solid IT knowledge acquired through other means.
- Initial practical experience (approx. 1 year) in an IT environment or strong enthusiasm for Microsoft technologies and a clear ambition to develop in this field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies or the motivation to acquire these skills quickly.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- High level of motivation, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of working in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- A strong affinity for IT and the ability to think beyond the obvious.
- The ability to quickly grasp technical and business-related concepts.
- A team-oriented working style and the willingness to actively contribute.
