Full-Stack Application Developer (m/f/d)
In this role, you’ll take a hands-on approach to developing our new software XCP, bringing your expertise to the table. Expect to dive into technically challenging work, explore new use cases, and enjoy a high degree of autonomy within the team:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design, develop, and maintain modern fullstack web applications, collaborating closely with the existing development team
- Build new features and optimize existing components using cutting-edge technologies
- Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of our applications
- Contribute to innovative solutions and new use cases within a complex software project
- Work closely with other developers, cross-functional teams, and technical product management
- Analyze, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing systems
- Participate in code reviews and help continuously improve our development processes
- Provide third-level support and technical assistance to our customers
What you bring:
- Several years of experience in fullstack web development (SQL database, backend & frontend)
- Strong skills in TypeScript (React) and Node.js
- Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks
- Good understanding of software architectures and design principles
- Ability to quickly learn new topics and independently develop solutions
- Team player, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented working style
- Fluent in German and English with excellent negotiation skills
