We are continuing to expand our company-wide AI and Azure platform and are looking for support in operating, developing, and securing our cloud environments.

Your Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and further develop our secure and modern Azure and AI platform
- Administer key Azure services (e.g., Storage, Key Vault, Azure AI Services) and monitor operations (monitoring, alerts, health checks)
- Secure our cloud environments using RBAC, policies, private endpoints, and logging
- Integrate and maintain internal data sources for AI-powered applications
- Troubleshoot and optimize costs, performance, and security
- Work closely with business departments on cloud and AI requirements
- Contribute to training sessions, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing
- Enjoy a high degree of creative freedom and responsibility from day one, working hands-on with modern cloud, AI, and security technologies
- Work in an environment that actively promotes learning, professional growth, and new ideas – not a “traditional admin job,” but a diverse mix of cloud, AI, security, and automation
Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- Initial experience or basic knowledge in Azure administration or Microsoft technologies (e.g., Copilot, Azure Portal)
- Interest in cloud, security, automation, and AI-powered applications
- Hands-on mindset, willingness to learn, and a structured way of working
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Optional but a plus: certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, or AI-102
