A sustainable and transparent authorization management of complex corporate structures in accordance with GDPR is inefficiently achievable in the SAP standard. The development and operation of organizational structures in the role concept are therefore not only very time-consuming but also error-prone. New requirements for organizational structure and changes to organizational structures thus tie up important resources.

Implementing an Organization Set Quick and Easy

The Role Replicator enables fast and clear implementation and editing of organizational sets. With this functionality, not only can new structures be created quickly and clearly, but they can also be efficiently modified in a very short time.

This function allows existing customizing structures to be transferred from the SAP system. Roles and characteristics of organizational levels can be copied in a single step, which reduces the workload. Both individual and mass changes to organizational levels are possible, which increases flexibility and saves time.

Management of Technical Non-organizational Values and ICS Reporting

In addition to being derived from the organizational values, all technical non-organizational values can also be managed in the Role Replicator. This is particularly practical for values that can actually be treated as organizational values due to the company structures and processes, e.g. this is often the HR personnel area (PERSA) or CO area of responsibility (RESPAREA).

In addition, the Role Replicator offers internal control system (ICS) reporting, which enables a comparison between defined organizational sets (target) and the actual SAP roles (actual). This allows deviations to be quickly identified and rectified in order to ensure compliance and minimize security risks.
