Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) with Office Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Support the sales team across all relevant tasks to reach revenue targets and drive strategic initiatives
- Administrative tasks such as data maintenance and documentation for smooth sales operations
- Interface between departments within customer management
- Handle quote calculations and maintain customer data and deals in the CRM
- Grow existing customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up
- Advise customers on our products and services and prepare quotes
- Where relevant, acquire new customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Oversee and organize our new office in Mannheim
- Administrative tasks: mail handling, filing, front desk/phone line
- First point of contact on-site for visitors, service providers, and new colleagues
- Help shape and build out office structures at the new location
Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:
- Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification (sales/IT) – career changers welcome
- Initial sales experience, ideally in IT or software
- Strong communication skills and genuine customer focus
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Independent, organized way of working with real ownership
- Team spirit and a hands-on attitude
- Confident with MS Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to work on-site in Mannheim at least twice a week
